What is the 100% guarantee policy?

We take pride in the work we do and the 100% guarantee policy states that you will not be charged until you are completely satisfied with your service. In the event that you are unhappy with your service, we ask that you please contact us within 12 hours of your service and allow your cleaning professionals to return and correct any issues. If we do not hear from you within 12 hours of your service, we will assume you are satisfied and your card will be charged.

What is your cancellation policy?

We get it, sometimes things come up. However, our cleaners are paid per job and depend on that income to make a living. Please email support@goldengoalcleaners.com or call/text 773-599-1221 as soon as you know you will be rescheduling or canceling. In order to try to be fair to everyone involved, we have adopted the following cancellation policy:

Reschedule/Cancel within 12-36 hours of arrival:

If the request is received within 12-36 hours of the beginning of your arrival window, a cancellation fee of $75 will be charged to the card on file.

Reschedule/Cancel within 12 hours of arrival:

If the request is received within 12 hours of the beginning of your arrival window or no correspondence is received, a cancellation fee of 75% of the cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file. This charge also applies if the cleaners are unable to access the property.

Standard Recurring Cleaning

Our Standard Recurring Cleaning is perfect for recurring services on a home that has been professionally cleaned within the last month and is in average condition for a well-maintained home.

  • Dust window sills and blinds

If you are a homeowner, landlord, property manager, tenant, buyer, or seller in need of a professional cleaning service, our Move In/Move Out option will provide you with a thorough cleaning that will prepare the home for you or the new family! (Please ensure that the home is empty prior to our service. We will need electricity and water.)

Who’s cleaning my home?

We work exclusively with proven, professional cleaners. Less than 5% of cleaner applicants make it through our screening process. If we’re not comfortable with them in our own home, we will not work with them. We take the following steps in order to ensure that the most qualified cleaners are available to our clients:

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

You can be home for your service, or you can provide keys/access codes for your cleaning professionals, whatever works best for your schedule. Some of our recurring clients provide a lock box at the home with a key so that their cleaning professionals simply use that key to enter the home, then place it back in the lock box for the next service. We recommend the lock box or key code so you can easily change the access code for any reason.

What should I do to prepare for my cleaning?

You can do as much or as little preparation for your service. However, your cleaning professionals reserve the right to reassess the scope of the job if they feel that there is more work than what was agreed upon in the original order. This usually isn’t an issue, but if anything changes with your booking, please let us know within 48 hours of the scheduled service. We want to make sure that your cleaners are properly prepared, adequately compensated for their effort, and that you are completely happy with your cleaning!
